How to contact Wagytail?

Are all your items available for trade?

Yes, all of Wagytail’s products are available for trade. http://www.wagytail.com/trade-accounts.htm

How do I pay for an Item?

We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment including: Switch/Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express as well as PayPal.

If you wish to pay by BACS please email us with what you would like to order and we can give you the bank details.

 

When can I expect to receive my order?

Wagytail aims to dispatch all deliveries within 1 to 2 days. Items that are made to order may take a little longer. These however, will be dispatched no later than 4 days after order. Please do not hesitate to contact us if your order is time sensitive.

Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over Bank Holidays and during busy periods, such as Christmas. These delays are unfortunatly out of our control.

What are the delivery charges?

All UK deliveries are charged at a rate of £3.50 and sent Royal Mail 1st class or recorded delivery depending on the value of the order. Internation orders are priced depending on the location

Do you post Worldwide?

Yes all of our products are posted worldwide. Please select the correct currency at the checkout when buying.

Can I return an unwanted item?

If you wish to return a product that you have brought from Wagytail, for whatever reason please contact us at sales@wagytail.com within 14 days and we will be happy to offer a refund (please note delivery costs are not refunded) or an exchange. All returned products must be sent back in the condition you received them, with all labels attached, in their original packaging and free from hair. We will only accept returns if the product is in a re-sellable condition. On returning the product please include a note with your name, address, details of reason for return and date of original purchase. This helps us speed up the refund/exchange process. When returning the product we suggest you obtain a proof of postage or return via recorded post. We cannot accept responsibility for any items that get lost in transit back to us.
